For more information and any questions, please contact Patrick McDaniel, Advocacy Director, pmcdaniel@dtphx.org.  Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA), in partnership with the City of Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD), is hosting a charette on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, to gather community input and feedback on a redevelopment vision for City-owned land located at 7th Avenue and Washington Street. The City will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for redevelopment of this property in 2025. This charette is designed to serve as a planning and visioning session for a key gateway connecting the Capitol Mall and Downtown Phoenix. Feedback and outcomes gathered at this collaborative session will be furnished to parties interested in redeveloping the site. Join us in person and know before you go! Location: PCA & DPI Offices @ CityScape - 1 E. Washington St., Ste. 230 Parking: PCA & DPI offices are located on the 2nd Level of CityScape’s east block, adjacent to the CityScape Bridge and across from Blue Hound.
