Many ballot measures led by PCA helped usher in public-private partnerships, processes, and incentives to help make new development projects possible. This Committee works with developers, City departments, and community groups to refine development Downtown.

Following the dynamic discussion from last year's State of Office in DTPHX, this timely conversations will get the latest and greatest on all-things retail in Downtown Phoenix.

Guests will also hear updates from the City of Phoenix, and learn more about the future of Phoenix Forge - Downtown's very own community makerspace!

Led by Committee Chairs Matt Seaman, President, Cardon Development and Brian Cassidy, President & CEO, CCBG Architects, PCA’s CCPD Committee meets every other month.
