Have you made your appointment aboard The BIG Pink Bus yet? 💗

In mid-April, Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center (@banner_health) rolled out a new mobile mammography unit to reach women in the community who are unable to schedule times for a mammogram, a vital tool in detecting breast cancer early,

The BIG Pink Bus offers 3D mammogram imaging, which would be the same technology if they visited one of Banner's physical locations.

The unit was made possible with funding from the Arizona @dbacks and other community partners. They estimate the mobile unit will offer scans to 4,000+ women annually across 200 days throughout Phoenix.

Upcoming stops include:

✔️ Banner Sun City Health Center: April 30
✔️ Banner Olive Branch Senior Center: May 2
✔️ Wildlife World Zoo: May 7

Can't make it to those locations at those times? We hope you remembered to wear your ISO 12312-2 glasses for this morning's Solar Eclipse! 🌞 🌑

Earlier in the morning, thousands of students from all over the Valley arrived for Arizona Science Center's Solar Eclipse Viewing Party. The Science Center provided complimentary glasses to observe the moon gradually obscure the sun.

Despite the eclipse only covering 64% of the sun, the Downtown Phoenix Inc., Ambassador, and the PCA teams still observed noticeable environmental changes when we gathered on CityScape's deck at 11:20 a.m. for its peak. 🌙

We'll see you at the next solar eclipse in 2044!
