Arizona Housing Coalition: Day at the Capitol

Join Us at the "Day at the Capitol" in January 23, 2025 - 9AM - 4PM

Be part of our annual Day at the Capitol! Members will have the opportunity to meet with lawmakers and advocate for key initiatives, including:

• Renewing the Department of Housing to support their critical work in providing safe, affordable housing across Arizona;
• Renewing and expanding the State Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) to increase affordable housing options statewide;
• Homelessness response legislation that empowers cities and counties to effectively address homelessness and ensure safety and stability in our communities.

We welcome members/community partners, please join us in tabling at the Wesley Bolin Plaza and an opportunity to meet with lawmakers.  Light lunch and bottled water will be provided.

Your presence and voice at these events are invaluable in helping us advocate for the policies Arizona needs to address homelessness and housing insecurity effectively. Let’s come together and build a brighter future for our state, one where everyone has the opportunity for safe and secure housing. For questions or to learn more about these events, please contact us.
