Central City Planning & Development Committee

Join us for the November Central City Planning & Development Committee meeting! The Central City Planning & Development Committee’s current initiative is to work with the City of Phoenix to detail and refine the recurring challenges developers of various types and sizes encounter.  The objective is to take a solution-oriented approach to work with the city to help simplify the process, saving time and money.  We also want to highlight what worked — a “the good, the bad, the what-we-wish-was-better” discussion. This month, PCA Committees are discussing their 2020 public policy initiatives and work plan. We encourage you to come prepared to Thursday's meeting with any ideas you have for the Committee in 2020. Program includes: Historic Preservation in Phoenix

*Michelle Dodds, City of Phoenix, Historic Preservation Officer

*Terry Goddard, Father of Historic Preservation in Phoenix

    *Martin Ball, Associate, CCBG Architects

*Jim Kuykendall, Retired CPA/CFO turned Preservationist

Historic Preservation Group Q & A *2020 Public Policy Agenda & Work Plan   Lunch will be provided. Seating is limited, please remember to RSVP in advance. Parking: Validated parking is available in either of the two CityScape Public Parking garages for the length of the meeting.  Please bring your ticket with you for validation at the front desk after the meeting.
