Join us for a special PCA Multi-Modal Connectivity Committee meeting featuring Councilmember Debra Stark, Chair of the City of Phoenix Transportation, Infrastructure and Planning (TIP) Subcommittee.
TIP is where many of the City’s biggest mobility and growth decisions take shape, transit, streets, aviation, water, sustainability, parks, public works, planning and zoning, and ITS. Councilmember Stark brings a rare combination of policy leadership and deep operational experience, including her prior service as the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Director. This will be a practical, forward-looking conversation about TIP priorities for 2026, what’s coming down the pipeline, and where downtown stakeholders can engage early, before priorities are locked in.
PCA's Multi-Modal Connectivity Committee: Great cities are easy to move through. This committee brings together employers, transportation partners, planners, and community stakeholders to improve how people get to, from, and around Greater Downtown Phoenix, by light rail, bus, bike, foot, scooter, and car.
Mobility is not just transportation. It affects foot traffic, safety, access to jobs, customer experience, and Downtown’s ability to grow. The committee focuses on practical improvements that people can feel:
