CEI is a business incubator serving high-tech, high growth start-up companies in the bioscience and medical device industries. LabForce is a statewide professional development and training program that offers online and onsite training for the Arizona life sciences industries. The CEI business incubator is located on the campus of Gateway Community College and the LabForce development program is located in the downtown Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Both programs are part of the economic development outreach of the Maricopa County Community College District.
