Genesis City's mission is to reclaim the promise of Arizona's disenfranchised youth through providing them with the tools they need to become active contributors to the economic and social welfare of their communities in this and future generations. Genesis City, a youth services charity operates Genesis Academy, a high school that specializes in serving high risk, over-age, under-credited, and out of school youth by offering them a rigorous academic experience tailored to their individual needs. Genesis empowers students to enter college or the work force with the skills, behaviors and attitudes necessary to become lifelong learners and contributing community members.
