The Hansji Coproration builds, owns and operates hotels in California, Arizona and Colorado. we assembled the historic Luhrs Block of buildings between Central and 1st Ave, Jefferso to Madison then restored a historic highrise and rebranded the block to Luhrs City Center. On the SE corner of the block we built the 20 story Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn which we still own and operate. Another property we own downtown is the former Singh Hi restaurant at 27 W. Madison and a surface parking lot adjacent to it. This is a future development piece for us and downtown Phoenix. Our major initiative is a new outdoor adventure brand that will have a wellness and mindfullness emphasis. These properties are and will be in iconic outdoor locations. We have aquired sites near Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Goacier national parks as well as Colorado and the Columbia River in Washington.
